Stroud Region Open Space and Recreation Commission issues Request for Proposals for Terra Greens Golf Course

​

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to gather proposals for the lease of Terra Greens Golf Course for the purpose of management, operations, and maintenance of the Golf Course and accompanying Pro Shop.

 

The objective of this RFP is to provide SROSRC and the Borough of East Stroudsburg with a qualified Lessee who will provide a high level of service to the public while it operates, manages, and maintains the Course and related facilities as an amenity for the public.

 

Activities to be performed under this agreement include, but are not limited to all service required for public golfing on the 9-hole Golf Course, Course maintenance, capital improvements, and Pro Shop management.
